Purpose: This research provides a brief review which explores theories and concepts in International Business (IB) management, covering global market dynamics, factors influencing foreign direct investment, the role of national culture socially responsible policies, decision-making processes, evolving trends CSR, ethical leadership's relationship with CSR diverse business groups, advancements online communication, simulation games, enterprise systems. Valuable insights for practitioners scholars are provided, illuminating complexities dynamic field management.
